7 under $7,000: Cheap DFS plays for the 2022 American Express
FTN's Kyle Murray identifies some cheap golfers he thinks could pay off in DFS in this week's American Express.

Every week a crucial part of success in PGA DFS GPPs will be hitting on lower-rostered/lower-salary golfers. Golf is a unique DFS sport in that all the golfers have the same opportunity to score. There are no starters, bench players, role players, 3rd down backs, etc. The golfer who is $6,000 is guaranteed to play at least 36 holes, just like the 11,000 golfers. The goal of this article is to highlight those potential low-owned, low-salary golfers than can carry our lineups to the top.

After becoming a full time DFS player while finishing up his college degree in 2018-19, Kyle quickly found a knack for not only qualifying for live finals, but also doing well in them. In those two years, Kyle won 9 live finals seats and in 2019 alone, placed in the top six in three different DFS site live finals, including winning $250,000 after finishing in 1st place at the FanDuel FantaSea event. While rising into the top 100 overall DFS RG player rankings in 2019, Kyle accumulated multiple five and six-figure scores across several sports. Kyle now looks to bring his knowledge of DFS to FTN along with his constantly evolving projections and unique player ratings that he uses to make his own lineups every day.
